Greetings friends,
I am now back at my home in Nashville, TN after a week of visiting family and friends in my home state of Texas. The trip was a blast, and I hated to see it come to an end, but this travelin' man can't stay anywhere for long.
I played 4 shows while I was in Texas. I played at Momo's in Austin on Wednesday the 18th, and could not have had any more fun that night. Chris, Fred, and Colin all decided to come sit in with me; so we had the full band playing for the first time since my birthday show on March 26th! So many of my friends came out to the show that night to visit and show their support, which did my heart a world of good. Thank you all.
Thursday and Friday nights were spent playing at Kirby's in Houston and San Antonio. Saturday evening I played a private event in Waco for a group of my parents' friends from church, and had a lovely time doing it.
I also got to spend some nice time with my folks, my grandparents, and my brother while I was in town, which is always nice. One downside to being on the road as much as I am is that you don't get to see your family as much as you would like. So any visit is wonderful.
As I said before, I am now back in Nashville, and am preparing for more shows all over the map. I can't wait to see YOU soon!
