Hello 2011...Let's be friends!

Greetings friends,

Another year has come and gone, and a new one is now upon us. A fresh start. A clean slate. A new beginning. A blank page. A...well, you get the picture. What I mean to say is that 2011 has arrived, and with it comes the usual plethora of promises. "This year, I promise to do such and such", or perhaps "This year, I promise NOT to do such and such ever again!". There are, of course, the typical resolutions. Stop smoking. Start managing your time better. Stop eating fast food. Start exercising. Stop drinking...as much. Start getting your life on track. The new year brings about more starting and stopping than rush hour traffic in L.A. Of course these resolutions will only last a week, or two weeks, or a month tops before we all slip back into our chain smoking, time wasting, McDonald's eating, couch sitting, excessive drinking, nowhere going lives...Or will we? Perhaps this is our year. Maybe 2011 will be looked back upon in our old age as "the year that changed everything". Maybe, just maybe. Either way, allow me to be the ten-millionth person to say this to you, from the bottom of my heart, and with all the sincerity I can muster up, Happy New Year!

My resolution is simple. I resolve to do whatever I possibly can in 2011 to make you, my wonderful, and incredibly supportive fans happier. This means more music, more shows, more videos, more FREE goodies, and anything else I can conjure up. (I'm also open to any suggestions!) Now in return, all I ask is that YOU...come to every show, pick up my CD's, join my Facebook group, follow me on Twitter, and tell EVERYONE you meet from now until the end of time to do the same...now then, that's not asking so much, is it?

I'm also going to try something completely new this year. I am going to let you, the fans, request shows in your town. If you want me to come play an intimate show in your living room or backyard for you and all of your friends, then shoot me an e-mail, and we'll work out the details!
